We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for Luxury 5-star River ship with EU guests.
Offer:
Position: Executive Chef
Ship Type: Luxury 5-star River ship with EU guests
Ship Name: M/S Carrissima
Sailing area: all European rivers
Basic Guaranteed Salary: 3 000 EUR + guaranteed monthly BONUS + TIPS + % of incomes
Contract Duration: June 2017 - December 2017
Insurance: Social and Medical Insurance provided by the company
Travel costs: covered by the employer
Starting Date: ASAP after approval in interview
Responsibilities:
- Review food and beverage purchases
- Maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen
- Plan and prepare special menu items
- Design food presentation and preparation
Requirements:
- fluency in English
- valid International passport
- min 3-4 years of experience on the position
- experience in French, Mediterranean, Italian cuisines
