Second Officer for Luxury small Cruise ships on Rotation

We are looking urgently for a young, motivated and experienced Second Officer for the position open on board of small Luxury VIP cruise ships with American guests. The Second Officer is under the supervision and directions of the Chief Officer.

Position: Second Officer

Basic Guarantee Salary: 2 800 EUR monthly + Overtime
Contract Duration: 3+-1 months on / 2 +-1 months off
Contract Type: Rotation
Travel costs: covered by the company
Starting Date: ASAP after approval in interview
Responsibilities:
- Advising Chief Officer about charts and publications required for the voyage
- Maintaining and recording bridge equipment, including inventory of their spare parts
- Maintaining and upkeeping of all reports and records concerning navigation
Requirements:
- fluency in English
- valid International and Seaman passports
- valid STCW/2010 certificates
- valid COC
- reference letters from previous Employers
