We are looking for an experienced female candidate for the position of Night Auditor on Front Desk on board of small Luxury Cruise ships with VIP guests with capacity of 140 passengers on board.

 

Offer:

Contract Duaration: 5+-1 months on / 2 +-1 months off

Contract Type: Rotation

Paid vacation: 4 days per month

Travel costs: covered by the company

 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed
• Understand and know how to perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Perform wake-up calls

Requirements:

• fluency in English
• valid International & Seaman passports
• valid STCW Maritime cetificates
• possess basic safety training, crowd & crisis managment, security awaraness, profiency and survival craft and resque boat
• min 2 reference letters from previous employers
