We are looking for well-experienced candidates for the position Assistant Restaurant Manager on board of Luxury 5+ star River ship.
Offer:
Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (trainee)
Ship type: Luxury 5+ star River Passenger ship
Basic Guaranteed Salary: 1 300 EUR + monthly BONUS (approx. 700-800 EUR) + % of all incomes from the Department
Insurance: Social Insurance provided by the company
Contract Duration: May 2017 – end of the season
Paid vacation: 4 days per month
Starting Date: ASAP after approval in Interview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during schedule shifts
- Train, manage and motivate staff
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
Requirements:
- fluency in English
- good experience in F&B sector
- valid International passport
- min 2-3 years previous experience on board or in 5-star hotels
- min 2 reference letters from previous employers
