The Captain onboard is the leader of the entire vessel. He/she has to be proficient in every aspect of running a ship, from ship operation to maintenance. The entire success of a ship’s voyage lies on the captain’s shoulders and how well he/she manages the crew.

We are looking for candidates on board of our partner operating yachts. We are currently looking for Captain for a 13,5 m long yacht based in St. Tropez.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Master
• Oversees all activities taking place on the bridge during docking, maneuvers, departure and at open sea
• Responsible for all navigational aspects of ship’s operations
• Ensures that all ship officers staff and crew members are properly trained regarding emergency procedures and attend safety drills on regular  basis
• Responsible for planning, execution and safe operation of tendering serviced when ship is at anchor

Requirements:

• fluency in English
• master certificate
• basic safety training, crowd and crisis management certificates
• valid Seaman and International passports
