We are looking for very good professionals for the position of Sous Chef onboard Luxury 6+ star River ship.
Offer:
Position: Sous Chef
Ship Type: Luxury 6+ star River ship
Basic Guaranteed Salary: 3 100 EUR
Contract Duration: 12 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Contract Type: on Rotation
Insurance: Medical and Pension insurance provided
Responsibilities:
- Run the kitchen
- Ensure the staff has high culinary standards
- Manage food purchasing and storage
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Help create new recipes and write menus
Requirements:
- fluency in English
- min 4-5 years of experience on the position onboard Luxury ships or 5/6- star Complex& Hotels
- valid Seaman and International passports
