We are looking for well experienced first Receptionist/Sr. Receptionist for luxury 5+ star river ships.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting, welcoming and directingvisitors appropriately
• Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

 

Requirements:

• fluency in English and German is a must
• at least 3-4 years experience on the position

The ideal candidate should be hard-working, ambitious and always friendly. Also, the candidate has to be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team that strives to deliver positive outcomes.
