Assistant Hotel Manager for Luxury River Passenger Ship

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager of our partner ship owner and operator of Luxury Fleet River Passenger Ship with American guests.
Offer:
Position: Assistant Hotel Manager
Ship Type: Luxury Fleet River ship with American passengers
Basic Guaranteed Salary: 1 800 EUR + Guaranteed BONUS (apprx. 600 EUR)
Contract Duration: May 2017 – December 2017
Contract Type: Seasonal contract
Paid vacation: 7 days per month
Insurance: Social and Medical Insurance provided by the company
Starting Date: after approval in May 2017
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Hotel Manager with daily hotel operations and services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction, responds to complaints, and ensures hotel profitability
- Reporting to head of a unit/department
Requirements:
- minimum 3-4 years previous experience on the position on board or in luxury 5+ hotel complex
- valid International passport
- at least 2 references from previous employers
