For the luxury cruise ship M/S Europa, hosting 400 guests, we are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper ready to join on 16.06.2019.

Offer:

Consolidated Monthly Salary: 3.029 Euro net

Contract duration: until 18.08.2019

Embarkation/ Disembarkation: Hamburg/ Germany

Duties

• Together with the entire housekeeping team, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests at the highest level in terms of cleanliness on board
• Control of the cabins, public passenger areas and crew areas on board for absolute cleanliness according to quality standards
• Material request by the on-board system
• Checking compliance with cleanliness, safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the housekeeping area
• Take on administrative tasks
• Training of new employees
• Responsible for the careful handling of all work equipment and facilities in housekeeping
• Contact person for all housekeeping staff and passenger matters
• Representative of the housekeeper / housekeeper on board

 

Qualification / Experience:

• able to communicate very good in English and good in German
• should have ship experience and of course experience in the housekeeping department, leading position
