F&B Manager for Luxury Cruise ship on Rotation

We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager for a Luxury Cruise ship with 1 800 passengers on board for permanent rotation between Miami-Palm beach-the Bahamas.

Basic Guaranteed Salary: 4 000 USD + % from all incomes
Contract Duration: 4+-1 months on board / 2+-1 months off
Contract Type: Rotation
Starting Date: ASAP after approval in Skype Interview
Responsibilities:
- Ensures excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Leads F&B team
- Complies with all health and safety regulations
- Reports to management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
- fluency in English
- min 2-3 years of experience on the position
- valid STCW certificates
- valid Seaman and International passports
- min 2 reference letters from previous employers
