We are looking for well-experienced candidates for Assistant Restaurant Manager onboard small luxury cruise ship with capacity of 150-160 Americans and Canadians passengers.

 

Offer:

Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Ship Type: Small Luxury VIP Cruise ship with American passengers

Basic Guaranteed Salary: 1 500 EUR + BONUS (500 EUR per month) + % of all incomes on the department

Contract Duration: 4 months on / 2 months off

Contract Type: on Rotation

Paid vacation: 7 days per month during the contract

Travel costs: cover by the company

Starting Date: ASAP after interview approval

 

Responsibilities:

• Run the staff when the Manager is not on duty
• Interact with customers to make sure they have a satisfactory experience
• Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through staff
• Make sure employees perform variety of tasks

Requirements:

• fluency in English
• valid STCW certificates
• valid Seaman and International passports
• reference letters from previous employers
