We are looking for a Sous Chef on board of a Luxury River ship with VIP guests.

 

Offer:

Position: Sous Chef

Paid vacation: 4 days per month during the contract

Sailing area: all European rivers

Insurance: Medical and Social Insurance provided by the company

Travel costs: covered by the company

Starting Date: ASAP after approval in interview

 

Responsibilities:

• Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
• Producing high quality plates both design and tase wise
• Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets the quality standards

Requirements:

• fluency in English
• min 3-4 years of experience on the position
• reference letters from previous employers
