Currently, we are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for Luxury 5+ star River ship with EU guests. The position requires fully maintenance of the kitchen.

 

Offer:

Ship Name: M/S Carissima

Basic Guaranteed Salary: 3 000 EUR + Guaranteed monthly BONUS + TIPS + % of incomes

Contract Duration: until December 2017

Insurance: Social and Medical Insurance provided by the company

Sailing area: all European rivers

Travel costs: covered by the employer

Starting Date: ASAP after approval in interview

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Supervise kitchen staff activities
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements:

• fluency in English
• min 3-4 years of experience on the position
• experience in French, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
